Where did this all begin?

Well, a long time ago I (Karen) was reading an Enquirer magazine and came across an article about a guy having this crazy idea of having a sponsored wedding. His other half wasn't open to it of course, but the guy was game and bet her he could do it. Believe it or not, he made it happen!

Growing up, I told myself if I ever get married one day I would love to do something as amazing as this, but with a twist to it. I told my fiance that this was what I wanted to do and he thought I was crazy too. He said okay if you can get some interest, I'll support your idea and low and behold I posted to craigslist and the response was fantastic.

My vision for this wedding is to help entrepreneurs like my fiance and I help gain exposure to build their business. There are many great entrepreneurs out there, but they just need to be given that opportunity show off their stuff which is what my fiance and I want to give them. We want our wedding suppliers to show off their best stuff. Their success is our success. We want them to look good!

The wedding industry is a very competitive industry such that consumers have so many choices. It's not until the supplier receives a referral, or a consumer sees their product somewhere that is to their liking does a consumer decide to go with them. Not only that, but having the product showcased on someone usually sells better than on a hanger display.

We want to help create opportunities!

Love
Karen and Abe
